The ENERGOPROJEKT PRAHA s. r. o. whistleblowing channel, also known as the internal reporting system (VOS), is a tool available to employees and third parties for reporting illegal, improper, or unethical conduct that violates The ČEZ Group Code of Ethics.
The ENERGOPROJEKT PRAHA s. r. o. whistleblowing channel was established in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers, and Act No. 253/2008 Coll. on certain measures against the legalization of proceeds from criminal activity and the financing of terrorism, ensures the anonymity of all whistleblowers, and protects them from retaliatory measures.
